- Re the comment: "BloombergView is reliable enough to make cites for internet phenomena; this page isn't strictly biographical. If you want to argue that it's editorial, keep it to biographical statements only." The problem with citing anything from the Bloomberg news opinion piece as fact, is that even so-called "facts" are the writer's view, and needs to be supported by a reliable source.

As far as I can tell, this refers to <ref name="rosbalt">2014-03-27, [http://www.rosbalt.ru/federal/2014/03/27/1249087.html Прокурора Крыма Поклонскую повысили в звании до старшего советника юстиции], Росбалт.RU</ref> This is completely in Russian, a language I can't understand. It doesn't look like there is any writer's byline, so the reliability of this source is impossible for me to evaluate.
