It’s was an military victory actually Ashraf hotak defeated both ottoman and Russian empire. Also ottomans did not conquered parts of the hotak empire. 100% a victory for the hotaks Farsadafghan (talk) 10:36, 29 April 2023 (UTC)[reply]
