Hello,
I made some edits to the following Wikipedia page to include information about this person's spouse: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Yonina_Eldar
The name of her husband was previously available on both the Wikipedia page and her personal website for many years. However, after her recent divorce, the information about her husband was promptly removed, despite the fact that details about her children are still included on the page.
The editor who reverted my changes cited the following: "Rollback edit(s) by Avirosen (talk): Fails WP:BLP (RW 16.1) undothank Tags: RW Rollback"
In response to the editor, I provided links and supporting evidence about her husband, and I also shared this information on the article's Talk page.
Could you assist me in understanding what I might be overlooking here? --Avirosen (talk) 20:37, 6 April 2025 (UTC)
- Avirosen Good day. You edit- see HERE was reverted because there is not source to support the claim. The editor who added/change the content (in this case that is you) is the one need to provide the source - see WP:BURDEN. You can add the info back if you can provide independent, reliable source and you can use Template:Cite web if the source is from the web. Stay safe. Cassiopeia talk 22:53, 7 April 2025 (UTC)
- @Cassiopeia Thank you. Could the relationship status 'Divorced' from the subject's Facebook page be used as an additional reference? Avirosen (talk) 05:16, 12 April 2025 (UTC)
How do I create my own wiki page? I would like to make one on the videogame Warnament. I would also like some help with pictures, links etc. --KWBoogie (talk) 05:11, 8 April 2025 (UTC)
- KWBoogie Hello, Good day, and thank you for your inquiry. I am not sure you were asking about your user page or want to create an article in Wikipedia. So see below:
- 1. User page
- User pages are designed for information pertaining to the individual or their activities related to Wikipedia, and should not serve as personal websites, blogs, social networking platforms, or Wikipedia draft articles. It is advisable to review the guidelines regarding user pages, which can be found at Wikipedia:User pages.
- 2. Sandbox
- The personal sandbox is designated for the purposes of testing and experimenting with wiki syntax, as outlined in Help:Wikitext (also including leaking), and the Wp:VisualEditor. It is not intended for the submission of draft articles for review or approval.
- 3. Create an article in Wikipedia
- Please consult the guidelines outlined in WP:Your first article and adhere to the instructions provided for the creation of a draft article.
The article must satisfy the criteria outlined in WP:GNG in order to justify its presence in the main space of Wikipedia. To pass the GNG, the subject needs to have significant coverage from indepdnent, reliable sources, such as from the major newspapers or books, where by the sources talk about the subject in length and in dept and not passing mentioned for verification.
- 4. Uploading a photo in Wikipedia
- To upload a photo in Wikipedia, please read:
- (1) Before uploading any photo, it is important that you carefully read the Wikipedia:Copyrights and Wikipedia:Uploading images Wikipedia guidelines.
- {2) You must be the copyright holder of the photo (the person who took the photo). You will be banned from editing if you violate copyright guidelines, as copyright violation entails legal implications, and Wikipedia takes copyright violations very seriously.
- (3) Once you have uploaded the photo to Wikimedia Commons, you must irrevocably agree to release your contribution/copyright of the photos under the CC BY-SA 4.0 License and the GFDL (GNU Free Documentation License), which means you agree to let anyone in the world use your images for any purpose.
- (4) To upload a photo, please go to Wikimedia Commons and follow the instructions.
- (5) After uploading and saving the photo in Wikimedia Commons, click on "Use this file" and copy the link to paste into the Wikipedia article.
- I strongly recommend that you participate in the 30-minute program outlined in WP:TWA, as it will familiarize you with some of the fundamental guidelines of Wikipedia, which will significantly assist you in your editing endeavors. Cassiopeia talk 06:50, 8 April 2025 (UTC)
- Thanks KWBoogie (talk) 22:47, 8 April 2025 (UTC)
Hello, I would like to ask when or how my edit will be accepted. I made a simple and minor edit on the Neutral Powers during World War II page. I added more links so people may understand what things are. So my question is, when will it be accepted, or even if it will be accepted? --KWBoogie (talk) 22:51, 8 April 2025 (UTC)
- KWBoogie You removed your own edit on Neutral powers during World War II see - here [1]. Cassiopeia talk 00:37, 9 April 2025 (UTC)
- oh, I pressed submit though. I published it, but I guess something didn't work... KWBoogie (talk) 01:15, 9 April 2025 (UTC)
- I was able to fix my issue. Thank You! KWBoogie (talk) 01:31, 9 April 2025 (UTC)

I apologize for the multitude of inquiries; I would like to seek guidance on the process of attaining confirmed or autoconfirmed status. Additionally, I am interested in contributing links to the wiki page "Korea" to enhance understanding of various locations and subjects mentioned. My inquiry pertains to how I can further advance towards achieving confirmed or autoconfirmed status. Thank you for your assistance. --KWBoogie (talk) 23:01, 8 April 2025 (UTC)
- KWBoogie Good day. To have autoconfirmed user right, the user accounts that are at least 4 days old "and" have made at least 10 edits. You can join Wikipedia:WikiProject Korea since you are interested in Korean related articles. However, for you to be effective helping on editing, I strongly suggest you to complete WP:TWA short program (30mins) so you understand the some of the fundamental Wikipedia editing guidelines first. Stay safe. Cassiopeia talk 00:29, 9 April 2025 (UTC)
- thank you KWBoogie (talk) 01:14, 9 April 2025 (UTC)
- Cassiopeia, when my account is 4 days old, can I ask you to become an autoconfirmed user? I already have 10+ edits. KWBoogie (talk) 01:34, 9 April 2025 (UTC)
Esteemed Cassiopeia,
Permit me to submit an inquiry regarding the potential acquisition of autoconfirmed user status. I seek clarification as to whether this status will be automatically conferred upon my account reaching a tenure of four days, given that my editorial contributions already surpass the prerequisite minimum of ten modifications.
Furthermore, I would be most appreciative if you could elucidate the specific criteria necessary to attain the designation of an extended confirmed user. It is my current anticipation that ascension beyond this particular echelon of user privilege will not be necessary for my intended activities. My principal objective is merely to possess the requisite permissions to emend articles pertaining to geopolitical entities and significant historical subjects, exemplified by topics such as the history of China or the belligerents of the Axis Powers, which often necessitate such elevated access levels.
Thank you for your time and perspicacity concerning these procedural matters.
Respectfully,
KWBoogie --KWBoogie (talk) 02:18, 9 April 2025 (UTC)
- KWBoogiePlease address me simply as Cass. Edits must be made in the mainspace of Wikipedia (not on the talk page) to be counted. To have your edits recognized, you need to be an autoconfirmed editor. You can perform copy edits (correcting grammatical mistakes) or add categories to articles. Before adding categories, please read the Wikipedia:Categorization guidelines. You can find articles that need additional categories in Category:Articles needing additional categories from April 2025. I strongly recommend that you complete WP:TWA first so you can understand Wikipedia's guidelines. If you make edits that violate these guidelines, you will receive a warning, and if you continue to make such edits, you may be blocked from editing. Therefore, please complete the TWA program. Lastly, you do not need to open a new message thread to communicate with me if you have recently done so on my talk page. Simply click "edit source" on the previous message and feel free to ask your questions. Cassiopeia talk 00:23, 10 April 2025 (UTC)
Your opinion needed
[edit]Hello dear Cassiopeia! How are you? I would like to ask for your opinion on a series of newly created articles - as my mentor I have the best memories of your guidance and complete respect to your opinion. SO the articles are dedicated to Louisiana's House of Representatives districts - there are 54 articles now each dedicated to each districts. I am a torn. I have found the same existing articles for Ohio, but not for other states (I haven't checked them all, but seems that the absolute majority are not there). In terms of disability I also have doubts. So I thought, maybe you can share your opinion - should it be included as separate articles? Here is one of them Louisiana's 57th House of Representatives district Thank you! Less Unless (talk) 07:53, 9 April 2025 (UTC)
- Less Unless It's good to hear from you! It has been a long time since we last communicated. If you check the creator's contribution log, you will see that they have also created articles for the California and Florida House of Representatives districts, in addition to Louisiana's—see "HERE". The article type does not fit into any specific notability guidelines (SNG), so only the general notability guideline (GNG) is applicable here. As we know, to meet the GNG criteria, the subject must have significant coverage from independent, reliable sources, where the sources discuss the subject in detail for verification purposes. This means that any sources from organizations, government entities, institutions, foundations, subject-specific websites, social media, and other related sources cannot contribute to the GNG criteria needed for the subject. I have reviewed some of the articles mentioned above, and most of them have three sources, with at least two of those sources coming from organizations or government entities, which means they fail to meet the GNG requirements. They may be able pass the notability guideines as a "list" article or an article titled XXX state House of Representatives Districts, withall the districts info in it, but as of now they fail to be included as stand alone articles in Wikipedia mainspace. Take good care and be safe. Cassiopeia talk 05:09, 10 April 2025 (UTC).
- Thank you so much! What a thorough analysis, I was kinda lost. I hope you are doing well! Thank you, again! Less Unless (talk) 09:36, 11 April 2025 (UTC)

[edit]Hello! it's me again.
I have finished the TWA, as you suggested to me! It was really useful. And I think that I can start NPPS program.

Question from 9grh940fenj (15:21, 11 April 2025)
[edit]I've been trying to edit a locked page on the Munich Massacre for a college class project, is there anything I can do to change what I've written or format it different to get it approved? Thank you for any advice you can provide --9grh940fenj (talk) 15:21, 11 April 2025 (UTC)
- 9grh940fenj Good day. The page Munich massacre is "extended confirmed protected, which means that only editors who meet specific criteria can edit it. These criteria include being at least 30 days old and having made 500 edits. You have met the first criterion, but not the second, as you currently have only 6 mainspace edits, falling short by 494 edits. Once you meet both criteria, you will be permitted to edit the aforementioned page. Cassiopeia talk 01:04, 12 April 2025 (UTC)
