Previously, the table presented all trophies together with a total count, combining International tournaments with minor domestic competitions. I found that this format could present a misleading or biased perspective. To improve transparency, I restructured the table to separate different classes of tournaments and added association details to provide clearer context. Additionally, I added citations for most of the trophy counts, which were previously missing. I think my format is well suited for the page. Moreover, I do not think this constitutes vandalism.
