Masters mini-series
[edit]What is a Masters mini-series? --Falcadore (talk) 03:46, 1 April 2014 (UTC)
- It's a inside ERC thophy's. Basicaly it's competitions that takes acount the standings of the Rally of each type of surface. For example, the driver with more points in the first 2 rallys (Janner and Leipajas) won the Ice Masters. For more information: http://www.autosport.com/news/report.php/id/111815 (note: the Romania/Sibiu rally was postponed and will be on gravel not in ice).Rpo.castro (talk) 10:04, 1 April 2014 (UTC)
- It needs explanation in the article. All it says is that they exist. --Falcadore (talk) 11:05, 1 April 2014 (UTC)
- Its explained in 1.1 Calendar Changes.Rpo.castro (talk) 13:38, 1 April 2014 (UTC)
- The first day of Acropolis actually counted for the Asphalt Master series (which makes sense): Breen is the current ERC Asphalt Master Wild8oar (talk) 15:00, 1 April 2014 (UTC)
- You are right. The text was changed to reflect that. I added the standings of the Ice Masters, but let the gravel and tarmac classification hidden. Since they are secondary competitions, I thinks it would be better just adding the top-3 drivers in the end of the season, instead of giving the full detail. What do you think?Rpo.castro (talk) 15:42, 1 April 2014 (UTC)
- Sounds very reasonable. Wild8oar (talk) 15:58, 1 April 2014 (UTC)
Entry List
[edit]I think we may need to reduce the number of entries in this thread to drivers, who competed in 2 or more races in the season. Too many 1 rally entries are here. -- Ivaneurope (talk) 17:32, 2 July 2014 (UTC)
- I Agree. This table is just too long. Another way is, moving the table to a separate article and keeping the main competitors only (5 or more rallies?).Rpo.castro (talk) 08:38, 3 July 2014 (UTC)
- Or there is another way - in the WRC Wiki tables one-off entries outside from the Manufacturer/WRC teams are in separate table with show/hide option. Ivaneurope (talk) 12:42, 3 July 2014 (UTC)
- Also we can separate the different divisions - Production, 2WD and Junior into articles for the corresponding cup. This will be similar to the WRC classes being in different articles since 2013 season. This will be good especially since the ERC Junior has shorter calendar. Ivaneurope (talk) 12:52, 3 July 2014 (UTC)
- These last ideas seems goood to me. The articles wiil be much more clean and user-friendly.Rpo.castro (talk) 13:32, 3 July 2014 (UTC)
