This is a list of places incorporated in the U.S. state of South Dakota as cities and towns. Municipalities in South Dakota can be incorporated as cities, towns, or villages. South Dakota has only one incorporated village, Wentworth, Lake County.[1] There are currently 310 municipalities in South Dakota.
