Forum Kochi is a shopping mall located in Maradu in the city of Kochi in Kerala, India. The Mall is promoted by one of the India's Largest and Top builders, Real Estate Devolopers in Banglore, the Prestige Group. Spanning over 10 acres of land, the mall has a total built up area of 10,36,135 sq ft and total retail space of 6,39,606 sq ft.[2]
The mall is the second-largest in the city in terms of retail space. The mall started its construction in April 2011.[3][1] The mall opened for the public on 19 August 2023.[4]
Access to Forum Mall is very convenient. Visitors can get down at the Vytilla station stop on the Kochi Metro, from where the mall is just 3.3 km away. Alternatively, most major private buses have a stop right in front of the mall. The distance from Vytilla Hub to the mall is just 4 km. Forum Kochi is 30 km away from the Cial and 7 km from Ernakulam South Railway Station.
The mall have 7 Anchor Brands which consist of Lulu Hypermarket, PVR Luxe, Mark n Spencer, H&M, Fun city, Life style, Shoppers stop . There are total 21 F&B Stores, 850 seater food court and 9 screen multiplex by PVR.[1] Lacoste, Bath & Body Works, GKB Opticals, Under Armour, and Beverly Hills Polo Club are unique stores in Kochi, exclusively located inside Forum Kochi. A 40 room hotel space with swimming pool is also being developed in collaboration with Marriott International. There is Meen by chef pillai, the newest addition to Forum Kochi's culinary scene, serving traditional Kerala cuisine. Alternatively, savor authentic North Indian flavors at Punjab Grill Restaurant or You Mee Restaurant, where a diverse range of dishes promises to delight your taste buds.
