Air Dilijans LLC (Armenian: Էյր Դիլիջանս) is an Armenian airline. It was founded on 25 November 2015 as Aircompany Armenia and commenced operations on 21 April 2016. Its headquarters are located in Yerevan.[2] As of 7 August 2023 flights had been suspended,[3] while the airline lost its air operator's certificate in 2025, after it sold its last plane to Georgian Airways.

History

Aircompany Armenia was founded on 25 November 2015 by Tamaz Gaishvili and Robert Oganesian after Armavia suspended all flights. On 20 March 2023, the airline was renamed to "Air Dilijans",[4][5] but in the same year flight were suspended.

In late 2024 the airline was put on the list of airlines banned in the European Union, together with all other Armenian airlines.[6] After Air Dilijans sold its last plane to Georgian Airways, the airline lost its air operator's certificate in early 2025.[7]
