This workshop has been such a wonderful and supportive experience. I look forward to using this platform to highlight the importance of a world where girls are empowered and supported to follow their dreams.

EAW was truly a formative experience for me in 2013. I’m inspired daily by the friends and acquaintances I met there. And a roundabout connection from EAW led to my first photojournalism assignment for a national publication a little over two years later.

The Eddie Adams workshop meant alot to me both on a personal and professional level. I connected with so many amazing people and left the farm feeling incredibly inspired to produce work.

Volunteering at the workshop has given me a wonderful opportunity to not only meet and stay in contact with some of the most talented photojournalists and editors in the business but also created an opportunity to help bring in a broad range of talent to Bloomberg. It gives me great pride to know that I am helping with the Workshop's overall mission to nurture talent, exchange ideas and build relationships across the globe.

The impact the EAW has on capturing history isn't to be taken lightly. The responsibility is incredible, and the bar continues to be met by its graduates.

The workshop proved instrumental in my being invited to collaborate with Erika Larsen to photograph Florida manatees for National Geographic…One of my images was published in their 2022 Pictures of the Year.
