MEET OUR TEAM

Based on Rue Defacqz in central Brussels, the EACA team is truly European, bringing together people from different backgrounds and with a combined expertise in public affairs, advertising, marketing & communications.

We practice what we preach – with education being one of our top priorities, every 6 months we offer paid internships to fresh graduates who are interested to gain experience in an Association environment.

Tamara Daltroff

Tamara has more than 15 years of experience working in agencies and representing the communications sector at national & European level. Tamara joined EACA in 2010, and she was appointed Director General in 2018. She has been elected first President of the global alliance of agencies ‘VoxComm’ and sits on the Boards of EASA and EDAA. She supports the Effie World Wide Programme as its Partner Council Member. Tamara holds a MA in Business Administration and an Economics degree as well as a MA in European Studies. She speaks English, French, German and is happy when she can practice her Polish.

Kasia Gluszak

Passionate about culture, media, and politics, Kasia went on to study Cultural Studies in Poland, Czech Republic, and Austria. After working in Berlin for an international NGO, she moved to Brussels to hone her skills in the agency world. In 2016, she joined EACA and runs Effie Awards Europe & edcom Institute. Outside of work, you can find Kasia either sailing and hiking, or cooking and watching movies. She speaks Polish, English, and French, and is still hopeful about learning Dutch.

Myriam Domínguez Seda

After working as a journalist in different newsrooms in Seville, Barcelona and Madrid, Myriam landed in Brussels in 2020 to intern as an international correspondent for a news agency. Following an experience as communications trainee at the Council of the European Union, Myriam joined EACA in March 2022 to be part of the communications team. Passionate about storytelling and narrative, Myriam would like to be an algorithm that recommends books, movies and TV shows, but she is just a human girl. She is always happy to have a chat about your latest literary or cinema discoveries in English, French or Spanish.

Francesco Bottegal

Francesco is an enthusiastic young professional, passionate about European Politics and communications, who has recently joined the EACA team. Willing to pursue a career in European Affairs and communication, he moved to Brussels, where he graduated in Political Strategy and Communication from the University of Kent. Bewitched by the vibrant and eclectic environment and population of the European capital, he stayed and worked in communication and project management. Francesco is also a youth activist, engaged in several activities aimed at empowering and enabling other young people to become active citizens and rising awareness on topics such as democracy and human rights. Last but not least, he does also fit into the Italian stereotype, passionate about cooking and Fashion. He is proficient in English, French and Italian.

Laure Jolibois

After more than 10 years in various media groups and in the sports industry, in charge of media partnerships and brand activations, Laure left Paris to move to Brussels in 2024 and joined EACA as European Membership & Industry Relations Manager. A French native, Laure deeply enjoys international environments like that of the European capital, in which she likes to run very regularly. After all, sport is a real hobby! The only thing she misses here: the mountains! She loves to return to her native Alps to hike whenever she can. Equally passionate about culture, literature and the arts in general, which form the basis of her studies, Laure is an amateur actress, writes in her spare time and always loves to share a cinema, theatre or exhibition outing! She speaks French, English, some German and Dutch she is learning!

Valentina Méndez Rizo

Valentina is a motivated professional, passionate about politics and climate change. She recently joined the EACA team to coordinate the Ad Net Zero Europe Hub. Before working here, she gained experience as a Production Coordinator for a documentary series on Frida Kahlo. She was also an intern in Environmental Policy and Legislation (POLEA) where she helped in the participatory process for the first Circular Economy Law for Mexico City. In her free time, she loves to take care of her plants -and buy more, always-, go to the community garden, knit, and hang out with friends or new people. She speaks Spanish natively, is fluent in English, and eager to practice more French, but her true dream, is to learn Italian.

Dr. Mónika Magyar

Mónika is an adept legal services professional with a specialised focus on EU and public affairs. Her experience spans several sectors, including working with EU institutions, educational organizations, and international media companies. She has a particular expertise in Artificial Intelligence regulation and international relations, reflecting her commitment to aligning policy initiatives with technological advancements. Additionally, she has been contributing to the work of the Oxford Cyber Academy enhancing awareness of online risks and promoting best practices in digital safety. Previously, Mónika served as a legal advisor for the Association of Commercial Television in Europe (ACTE), where she headed the Advertising and Revenue Taskforce and contributed to shaping policies on digital media and compliance standards. Mónika is Hungarian national and works in English. As we approach the Hungarian Presidency, her extensive experience and governmental connections will be a great asset to our association.

Giada Pascucci

Passionate about Human Rights and European Politics, Giada studied in Milan, Geneva, and Brussels, where she gained valuable experience volunteering with an NGO. She then started her career at a startup in sunny Seville and is now excited to join EACA as an intern in the project management team. In her free time, Giada enjoys dancing, attending events and meeting new people in the vibrant city of Brussels. She speaks English, French, Spanish and her native Italian.

Domingo Caro

Communication is the perfect bridge between analytical and creative skills. Domingo combines his experience across various fields of communications to connect organizations with their key stakeholders, ensuring the right message reaches the right audience at the right time. His passion for multicultural environments has led him to work in different countries, being constantly eager to learn from people with diverse backgrounds and perspectives. Since communication is inherently a two-way process, understanding who is on the other side is crucial. To achieve this, he focuses on translating complex matters into clear, accessible language. His main goal is to align communication strategies with the organization’s objectives, leveraging data and measuring the real impact on its reputation. In his free time, he loves doing sports and watching movies. He speaks English, German and native Spanish.

Tsvetelina Mihaylova

Hailing from Bulgaria, Lina is an educated linguist with a few years of experience in media analysis under her belt. Her passion for foreign languages and intercultural communication took her to Sweden, before she eventually landed here in Brussels, in the heart of Europe. Lina joined the EACA team as an intern in October and cannot wait to tackle the tasks thrown at her, as well as fine-tune her Excel skills. In her spare time, she enjoys cycling, trying out different coffee places around Brussels, and admiring every plant she comes across.

Carla Poulaert

Originally from Charleroi, Belgium, Carla spent the past five years in the UK, soaking up life in Scotland and London. She first studied Journalism and Spanish at the University of Stirling, then went on to earn a Master’s in Politics and Communication from the London School of Economics. Now back in Belgium and excited to dive into Brussels’ vibrant public affairs scene, Carla is looking forward to putting her love for communications and politics to work, helping EACA make a real impact across the European communications industry.
