Medallion (left version)
This isn't a true sidebar version as most modules still go to the bottom but I thought of this while making the original version and liked it too. The themes are the same; only the layout is a bit different. I'd love testing and feedback. :)

I was looking at an old post at http://ariane.dreamwidth.org/406260.html and it fills only a small portion of the window. I also looked at a bunch of other posts, and some of them were narrow too. But yet others, usually longer post look normal like this one: http://ariane.dreamwidth.org/101087.html
I'm on Windows 10 and newest Firefox.
