"The Never Rainbow" is the second segment of the twenty-seventh episode of Jake and the Never Land Pirates. It premiered on February 22, 2012, and is the second segment of the second episode in the second season.
Plot[]
Mr. Smee, Sharky, and Bones were singing, celebrating the enormous rainbow in the sky. Captain Hook emerged from his cabin, where he had been sleeping, and demanded, "What is this ridiculous racket?!" Smee apologized and pointed out the rainbow, but Hook scoffed, stating he only cared about treasure. Sharky then mentioned the legend of treasure at the end of the rainbow, which immediately piqued Hook's interest, and he set off to find it.
Meanwhile, on Pirate Island, the Pirate Princess sailed to shore in her Golden Ship. She explained that her Rainbow Wand had lost its colors and the only way to restore them was to touch the wand to the Dazzling Diamond at the end of the Never Rainbow. So, the crew followed the rainbow in pursuit of the Diamond.
They soon located the Diamond, but Captain Hook snatched it and fled. Jake quickly instructed Izzy to sprinkle him with pixie dust and asked the Pirate Princess for the Wand. He flew up and tapped the Wand on the Diamond. Hook remained unconcerned, fixated on possessing the Diamond. However, as soon as the sun set, the Diamond disappeared.
The crew returned to Pirate Island, where the Princess created a new rainbow, restoring the colors.
