Rachael Leigh Cook is an American actress, model, voice artist, and producer. For Disney, she played Rebecca "Becky" Thatcher in Tom and Huck, Laney Boggs in the 1999 Miramax film She's All That, Special Agent Katherine Rose "Kate" Moretti in the ABC Studios TV show Perception, and Maxine in Criminal Minds. She also voiced Tifa Lockhart in the video game Kingdom Hearts II.
Cook was born on October 4, 1979, in Minneapolis, Minnesota and gained prominence through public service announcements and commercials before making her film debut in 1995's The Baby-Sitters Club. She also appeared in Country Justice, The Bumblebee Flies Away, Josie and the Pussycats, and Nancy Drew. Her television credits include The Outer Limits, Dawson's Creek, Batman Beyond, Las Vegas, Robot Chicken, Psych, the miniseries Into the West, and various TV films for Hallmark.
