Officer Lloyd Spoon is an animal control officer and a minor antagonist in Disney's 2008 animated feature film, Bolt.

Role in the film

When Bolt and Rhino sneak into the shelter to free Mittens, the trio attempt to escape afterwards, but Lloyd tries to intercept Bolt, Rhino, and Mittens by blocking the exit. Rhino then comes in at high speed in his plastic ball and hits Lloyd in the eye, causing him to collapse to the ground unconscious. When Ester later gets back, she notices an unconscious Lloyd on the ground and finds her new truck destroyed. Enraged, she pepper sprays Martin(who was just about to warn her)and accuses them both of destroying her truck in a fiery explosion.
