Link Hogthrob is a Muppet character, who first appeared in the second season of The Muppet Show. He is a blond-haired, cleft-chinned pig who often acts as a self-proclaimed hero, despite his lack of intelligence and courage. He is best known as the captain of the spaceship Swinetrek in the recurring sketch "Pigs in Space", where he frequently clashes with his co-star and first mate, Miss Piggy. He also appeared as the police chief in the sketch "Bear on Patrol", where he usually caused more trouble than he solved.
