Keegan Connor Tracy is a Canadian actress and author, who is best known for her roles as Kat Jennings in the 2003 supernatural horror film Final Destination 2 and as Miss Watson in the A&E thriller drama series Bates Motel in 2013.
For Disney, she is best known for her role as the Blue Fairy/Mother Superior in the ABC fantasy-drama series Once Upon a Time. She also played Belle in Descendants and reprised her role in Descendants 2, Descendants 3, and Descendants: The Royal Wedding.
In addition, she played Shelia in Duets and Mandy in the Miramax film 40 Days and 40 Nights.
