Julianne Moore (born Julie Anne Smith) is a British-American actress and children's book author. She is known for her roles in films, such as Nine Months, The Lost World Jurassic Park, Boogie Nights, The Big Lebowski, Crazy Stupid Love, and Kingsman: The Golden Circle. She is also known for portraying Frannie Hughes in the CBS soap opera As the World Turns (1985-1988, 2010) and President Alma Coin in Mockingjay - Part 1 (2014) and Mockingjay - Part 2 (2015).
