The Dip Machine (a.k.a. The Dipmobile or The Toon Destroyer) is a vehicle in Who Framed Roger Rabbit. It was built and invented by Judge Doom to spray gallons of Dip to wipe out all toons and melt Toontown into oblivion in order to profit from the commercial use of a freeway (along with hotels, retail stores, and gas stations) he planned to build in its place.
Description[]
The Dip Machine consists of a large vat filled with gallons of heated Dip, as well as a giant rotating brush that conveys the amount of Dip drenched on it. There is also a pressurized Dip cannon that sprays huge streams of Dip.
Between the large vat and the vehicle is a mechanism that is used to mix the Dip vat. The vehicle has malevolent red eyes on the windshield, and glows when the driver activates its motor. It also has the Cloverleaf Industries decal on both sides of its doors.

Who Framed Roger Rabbit[]
The Dip Machine is seen during the film's climax. The Toon Patrol was seen operating it under Doom's orders in different ways: Greasy drove the vehicle; Psycho maneuvered the spray cannon; Wheezy poured the Dip's ingredients into the large mixing vat and instructed Psycho on how to control the spray cannon; and Stupid worked the controls of the vat's mixer. Smart Ass played no part in operating the machine, as he was assigned to watch Eddie Valiant, keeping his gun drawn on him. Doom then attempted to kill Roger and Jessica Rabbit with the spray cannon. During a scuffle with the Toon Patrol, Eddie kicked Smart Ass into the vat, instantly killing him.
In the climactic battle with Doom, Eddie manages to open the Dip Machine's valve with a toon mallet boxing glove, releasing a huge torrent of Dip on Doom (revealed to be a toon himself), instantly dissolving him and draining all of the Dip from the vat. The now-emptied machine then crashed through the warehouse wall into Toontown and was immediately rammed by an oncoming toon bullet train, never to be seen again.

The Dip Machine appears in Roger Rabbit's Car Toon Spin towards the end. The original prop vehicle was located at Disney's Hollywood Studios, having been displayed in the boneyard of the Studio Backlot Tour.
