org.kde.Platform//5.15-24.08 runtime

Hello,

Are there any plans for the org.kde.Platform 5.15 runtime to be updated to 5.15-24.08?

I have several Flatpaks that still hard-depend on Qt5 (and other parts of the 5.15 runtime) and it would be great to have them updated.

It was already created yesterday, just needs to be built on Flathub.
