Any active student organization can apply. As a Farm Stand partner, your organization will be responsible for having at least 2 volunteers between 3-7 pm on the date of the event, and for providing payment options (Venmo, Cashapp, etc.) and change if accepting cash. If you have enough volunteers, you have the option host an additional table next to the stand to share materials about your work and recruit new members. In exchange, you will keep 100% of the funds raised at the event!
Selection Process:
Spring priority deadline: December 13th
Organizations are selected based on the impact that the funds raised will make towards their mission and within the Chapel Hill community. Projects focused on food insecurity and food access will be prioritized if there is a high volume of applications.
