Scope of Support

We are more than happy to answer questions related to WordPress.com and provide advice or suggestions for your site. Feel free to ask us anything related to your website’s development, design, customization, coding, and hosting.

Some things fall outside of what we can help with, including but not limited to:

  • Help with third-party plugins, themes, and tools not purchased through WordPress.com.
  • Logging into non-WordPress.com accounts, such as domain registrars, to make changes or view settings directly.
  • Sites running WordPress software but not hosted at WordPress.com.
  • Creating or changing the content and design on your site.
  • Writing and editing code (including HTML and CSS).

How to Get Support

To contact WordPress.com support:

  1. Visit your website’s dashboard.
  2. Click the question mark icon in the top right corner to open the Help Center:

  1. Use the box to search our help guides, covering all aspects of WordPress.com—it’s possible the answer to your question can be found here.
  2. If you can’t find your issue in the list and still want to contact us, click “Still need help?” at the bottom of the Help Center:

  1. Type a detailed description of your question or issue under “How can we help you today?” and click the “Continue” button. After a few seconds, our system will provide an automated response to attempt to solve your trouble.
  2. If the quick response answers your question, click “Close“, but if you’d like to submit your request to our support team, select the option to contact WordPress.com support.

If you contact the WordPress.com support team, a confirmation will be automatically sent to your registered email address for WordPress.com. Be mindful to check your spam mail or junk folder in case emails from our team are accidentally filtered there.
