Beginning at 11 a.m. today, Fort Collins' newest hot spot, Music City Hot Chicken, will open its doors to the hungry masses at W. 111 Prospect Rd. The fast-casual, southern-inspired chicken eatery will bring a great new dining option to the Fort Collins scene.
Brothers and co-owners of Music City Hot Chicken, Jordan and Sam Graf, combine their love of Nashville hot chicken with Colorado beer and music culture in their new Fort Collins endeavor. The result is a catchy concept with affordable prices, sure to complement Fort Collins' decidedly "chill" vibe.
The menu is fun, with plenty of thoughtful touches. Diners can choose a level of heat from six categories in which to bathe their bird. The chicken itself is offered in different cuts, from three piece tenders all the way to a half chicken, and other protein options include Colorado trout cakes and chicken fried tempeh. Sandwiches, soups, salads, sides and sauces grace the colorful menu, as well as a snappy selection of craft beers in cans, bottles and on draft.
Opening hours for Music City Hot Chicken are Tuesday through Thursday from 11 a.m. - 10 p.m., Friday and Saturday from 10 a.m. - 12 a.m., and Sunday from 10 a.m. - 8 p.m.
