Pink Wine, BrewGrass, Southern Social, and More on the Weekend Agenda

SNOWMASS — Snowmass Mammoth Fest will take place from Friday, June 12 until Sunday, June 14. The event will include chili tastings and competitions from the International Chili Society, over 25 microbreweries for a Saturday grand tasting, and live music throughout the whole weekend. LODO — Celebrate National Drink Rose Day in style on the newly-open patio at Mercantile Dining and Provision located in historic Union Station on Saturday, June 13. Co-hosted by Patrick Houghton, wine director of Mercantile, and Kendra Anderson, advanced sommelier and wine columnist, guests can enjoy bottomless glasses of magnums, jeroboams, and other large format wine bottles while nibbling on house-made charcuterie and cheeses. RINO — Great Divide Brewing Company is having a 21st Anniversary Party that will not be forgotten on Saturday, June 13 at Will Call. From 2 to 6 p.m., there will be food trucks, special release beers, and live music from the Gin Doctors, A.Tom Collins, and more.  Rumor has it there might even be some Yeti sightings.

OLD SOUTH PEARL — A perfect mixture of a warm summer afternoon, ice-cold draft beer, and some funky, local bluegrass tunes; BrewGrass on South Pearl Street will be held on Saturday, June 13. Swallow Hill Music's line-up of six bands start at 1 p.m. and entry into the festival at noon. For a $5 entry fee, guests can enjoy Nora Jane Struthers & the Party Line, Dead Winter Carpenters, and more along with local draft beers. More information can be found online.

SECRET LOCATION — Silver Spork Supper Club is hosting the Southern Social on Sunday, beginning at 4 p.m. The underground supper club will announce the location of the rooftop seafood and suckling pig feast to the guests via email. A very limited number of tickets remain for the $90 per person seven course dinner that will feature drinks from the Proper Pour, butchery from Western Daughters, silent disco, a gypsy band, and more. DOWNTOWN — Ocean Prime Denver is now offering a new surf and turf menu from 4 to 9 p.m. on Sunday evenings. The two-course menus is $55 per person and offers guests three different options for each course, including favorites like French onion soup, shrimp scampi, and a crab cake with succotash and corn emulsion.
