ModMarket Opens Another Location in Cherry Hills

Modmarket, a Colorado-based company that has four other Denver locations, opened the doors to its fifth shop today in Cherry Hills Village at the Kent Place Center. The fast-casual eatery founded in 2009 in Boulder is committed to changing the way people eat by offering healthier alternatives. The simple menu featuring farm fresh and fine dining quality food at reasonable prices attracted loyal followers at each location.

The menu consists of items made from simple, whole ingredients using classic cooking techniques to impart a gourmet flair. There is a well-curated selection of salads, pizzas, and sandwiches that changes with the seasons to take advantage of regional and local ingredients.

ModMarket serves breakfast, lunch and dinner, seven days a week, on weekdays from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. and on weekends 8 a.m. to 9 p.m.
