Can’t get enough of Timber’s wood-fired fare? The Petworth pizza shop is building up its menu by rolling out brunch offerings including bagels, biscuits and breakfast empanadas, Washington City Paper reports that chef Daniela Moreira is beefing up the baked goods as of this weekend. [WCP]

East MoCo took a peek inside Lincoln’s Bar-B-Que, the new meat palace replacing A.G. Kitchen. No word yet on what style of slow-and-low cooking parent company The Restaurant Group plans to emulate in Silver Spring, but they’re apparently all stocked up on merch. [EM]

Continental Pool Lounge expects to debut its new beer garden this April. Curt Large, owner of the longstanding Rosslyn hangout, tells ARLnow that once completed, the ongoing renovation should yield a 4,000-square-foot al fresco drinking spot replete with twin bocce courts, picnic tables and local brews (think: Port City Brewing, Lost Rhino Brewing Company).
