ARLINGTON— Washingtonian reports one of the locations of Ben's Chili Bowl has removed a portrait of Bill Cosby from the wall. The mural on the side of their U Street location still remains. [Washingtonian]

ATLAS DISTRICT— Tilit Chef Goods is coming to town this weekend, and owners Alex McCrery and Jenny Goodman have planned two events with limited edition menus. Dirty South Deli will sell a special "Bill Cutting sandwich" tomorrow, June 3 starting at 11 a.m. Tilit aprons will be available for a 10 percent discount with purchase. Then at Toki Underground on June 5, find a specially curated Japanese-style breakfast with a New York City spin. NOMA— Secret Monkey Social Club will bring together guest bartenders and performers from both D.C. and Baltimore on Monday, June 6 at 7 p.m. Expect punches from Lukas B.
