PENN QUARTER— Fiola is moving to a tasting menu-centric format. The restaurant wants to go all-in on fine dining, Washingtonian reports. [Washingtonian]

CAPITOL HILL— Bayou Bakery is expanding its more restaurant-centric offerings for its Capitol Hill location. He'll start plated dinner service on Friday, with a variety of a la carte dishes priced $12-20 like red beans and rice or Cajun pork belly. [EaterWire]
