RICHARDSON—Alamo Drafthouse's latest edition of "Hopped Up Cinema" takes place Tuesday, April 21 at 8 p.m. and will feature Quentin Tarantino's Death Proof and an exclusive brew from Peticolas. The $25 ticket price gets you admission to the movie, a flight of five beers, and a commemorative pint glass. [Alamo Drafthouse]

DENTON—Denton's annual food truck fest goes down this Thursday from 3 to 11 p.m. at three venues: East Side Denton, Oak St. Drafthouse, and Austin St. Truck Stop. IRVING—Another new restaurant has just been announced for Irving's upcoming Music Factory development: The Yardhouse, the beer-heavy California-based chain that recently opened a location in Addison.
