Knife's All-Meat Dinner; Cane Rosso Carrollton Expands Hours

MOCKINGBIRD—The reigning king of all Dallas food festivals, Chefs for Farmers, is coming up later this month, and John Tesar's Knife will host an all-meat kickoff dinner on October 22. Tesar will be joined by chef Renzo Garibaldi from OSSO Carnicería & Salumeria in Lima, Peru and chef Justin Brunson from Old Major in Denver for a six-course feast that will begin with charcuterie from Josh Smith of Massachussetts' New England Charcuterie.
