Akiho (アキホ?) is a supporting character that appears in the CROSS ANGE Rondo of Angel and Dragon television series. She is a member of the Iaria team from the Ho-o Institute, an academic institution within the Empire of Misurugi.
Personality & Character[]
At first, Akiho seems like a very loyal friend, always supportive of Ange, even apologizing for losing; however, she's also a backstabber due to her prejudice against Norma: after the former found the latter was a Norma, she cried and mocked her former friend, calling her a liar when exposed as a Norma, something that even she didn't know. When Ange returned to the Mana continent, she was surprised to to see her and fearfully begged the former not to kill her because the latter was afraid of what might be done to her. After calling the police on Ange, she tripped and tied her up; also, she's very sensitive, crying when Ange said it was no big deal that she tied her up because she wasn't scared to tie her up.

History[]
She is a student of the Ho-o Institute and a member of the Iaria team; in addition, Angelise and Momoka were also members: during the Iaria Championship, she fell off her vehicle, but was saved by Momoka in truth, yet it looked as if Angelise had saved her. After Floria Academy achieved victory, she apologized to Angelise, although Angelise reassures her saying that they have formed a stronger bond among one another than any other team; she is touched by Angelise's words.
When Angelise is discovered to be a Norma during the Baptism Ritual ceremony, she angrily calls her a liar. (CROSS ANGE: "Fallen Princess") When Ange and Momoka headed to the Iaria hangar and met her, she was terrified upon seeing Ange, who attempted to reassure her that she is the same kind person in spite of her circumstances. As Ange steals an Iaria vehicle, she attempts to make an emergency call, but Ange quickly notices Akiho's call and ties her up; he breaks free and alerts the police. (CROSS ANGE: "The Hometown of Betrayal") She and her friends are very happy when Julio announced Ange's execution, mocking her and saying she's pathetic. When Ange asked why she needed to be executed, Akiho threw an egg at her and replied she hadn't forgotten what she did to her; Ange replied that it wasn't a big deal, making Akiho cry. While Akiho is the first to chant "hang her up", she was very surprised when Ange sang marching to the gallows; after Ange is hanged, she is blinded by a strange bright light.
