Hello @Sukhenkoi and welcome to the Community.  The default clock face on the Versa 4 is Paths.  The top number is your heart rate and goes with the red line.  It will change its length depending on your heart rate at the time.  The second number is active zone minutes and goes with the teal line.  It will get longer as you accumulate active zone minutes.  The bottom number is your sleep score and is the purple line. @Hendrik55   The max heart rate you see on your Fitbit exercise summary is a spot measurement.  The heart rate in your daily heart rate graph shows an average heart rate over five minutes, so the peaks and valleys do get smoothed out.  It looks like the zone minute graph records every 10 seconds.  I estimated this by pressing and holding and dragging my finger along the graph.  That is enough to smooth out data. ... Hello @Ddraigcoch and welcome to the Community.  Your data is synced to your account.  Only certain recent data is on your Versa 3.  Please follow these steps: Check the App Store or Google Play Store to make sure you have the current Fitbit app version Sync your Versa 3 so you don't lose unsynced data Tap on the device/battery icon in the upper left of your Fitbit app Tap on Add more devices Select Sense 2, then Start setup You will get a screen that asks you is you want to replace your Versa 3 with the Sense 3, so tap on replace The rest of the setup is straightforward  Remove your Versa 3 from the Bluetooth list on your phone You mentioned settings in your first sentence.  If you are referring to alarms, sleep mode schedule, or anything like that, you must set these up again on your Sense 2.  Take some time to get familiar with your Sense 2.  The navigation is very different from your Versa 3. ... All models have a screen time out feature and turn off to save battery.  The screen will turn off unless you use the Always On feature. Screen Wake: the choices are button only or button and wrist motion. Sleep Mode: you must double tap the screen to wake it.  In addition, the screen brightness is set to dim and notifications from your phone are disabled.  You can turn sleep mode on/off manually or set a schedule. ... @sroser   I looked at your public profile and saw that you use an Inspire 3.  Your Inspire 3 recently got a firmware update that made changes to the Exercise app.  This is different from your auto-dection (SmartTrack) exercises that you control in the Fitbit app.  This update can Auto-Start six different exercises: walk, run, bike, elliptical, rowing, and spinning.  You need to turn this off on your Fitbit: Open your Exercise app on your Fitbit and select Elliptical Swipe up on the tiny "^" at the bottom of the screen Look for Auto Start and toggle it off You need to make this change for each unwanted shortcut. ... Hello @testeri1 and welcome to the Community.  The only model that is designed for clip wear is the Inspire series.  It has an on wrist/on body option.  This option changes the accelerometer sensitivity to distinguish be wrist and body wear.  I used an Inspire 2 in the on body setting and found the step count to be reasonably accurate.  I don't have any experience with the Inspire 3.  You can buy clips for other models.  But the Charge, Sense, and Versa models don't have an on wrist/on body setting. Fitbit didn't put an altimeter in the Inspire series, so it can't count floors.  Fitbit doesn't have a "true" replacement for the One. I don't have any experience with other brands. ... View more

@RebPet   Treadmill distance is an issue for all users, even different brands of fitness trackers.  A treadmill measures distance from the belt movement.   Its measurement can be off if it isn't maintained properly. Your Fitbit measures distance using a steps x stride length equation.  Fitbit uses your walking stride length in the treadmill shortcut.  Your actual stride length on a treadmill will depend on your pace and if you add an incline.  When you run on a treadmill, Fitbit recommends using the Run shortcut with GPS off. If you use the Manual log feature while wearing your Fitbit, you create incorrect data.  Treadmill data is especially problematic.  Every bit of data on a Fitbit is an estimate.  I don't micromanage my treadmill data. There is another small point to keep in mind.  Manually added distance doesn't count towards lifetime distance badges.  If you keep an eye on your badges, you won't get one when you expect it. ... Hello @Alwie77 and welcome to the Community.  Your Sense has the firmware from when it was manufactured.  It's possible you need a firmware update to get the Wallet icon.  The current firmware is 128.6.17.  You can find your firmware by tapping on your device/battery icon in the upper left of your Fitbit app, then your Sense tile.  You should get your firmware updates over the next 2-3 days. @RebPet   Your treadmill is step based.  Fitbit has never added distance from a bike based activity, indoors or outdoors. Manually adding an activity can mean different things to different people.  If you are tapping on the green + button, then using the Manually log option, then you should only do this if you aren't wearing your Fitbit at the time.  If you are wearing your Fitbit, then you should use the Exercise app on your Fitbit with the appropriate exercise shortcut. ... Do you use Google Family link?  I don't have personal experience with this, just posts from other users.  It is my understanding that you need to remove your child from Family Link.  You might need to wait a day or two before you can set up the Charge 6.  It is also my understanding that you can add your child back to Family Link a few days after setting up the Fitbit. @Cherlin729  @Pegalina   I want to start by saying that Google Product Experts aren't Fitbit employees.  I can share information that might help you make your decision.  Fitbit said that there won't be a Versa 5 or Sense 3.  So the Versa 4 will be available as long as it in the Google Store.  Google hasn't lowered their price, either. Fitbit has a Legacy Device Policy.  The policy states that products generally receive software updates for two years after they are sold in the Google Store.  Google recently released a major update for several devices.  Based on my personal experience, I don't expect any future firmware updates, unless there is a security patch.  It might be an issue of semantics, but I don't consider the Versa 4 to be an unsupported device.  How far out is your near future? Fitbit/Google made some changes with the Versa 4 that make it very different from your Versa 2.  Specifically, there are no third party apps available for the Versa 4.  Also, there is no generic music control feature that lets you control music playing on your phone.  The only music control is YouTube Music that requires a YouTube Music premium subscription.  Do you urgently need to replace your Versa 2? ...
