Mit der Lizenz „CC BY-SA 4.0“ dürfen alle so gekennzeichneten-Clips bzw. 4. Es muss bei der Nutzung des Clips ein Hinweis auf die Lizenzbestimmungen erfolgen (Link auf https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0/). An der Stelle, wo der Clip verwendet wird, muss das CC-Icon „CC BY-SA 4.0“ stehen.
5. Das mit dem Clip erstellte neue Werk  muss für an andere unter derselben Bedingung („CC BY-SA 4.0“)  frei gegeben werden.

Die unwiderrufliche Lizenz endet mit Ablauf der gesetzlichen Schutzfristen oder vorzeitig, wenn die Lizenzbestimmungen nicht eingehalten werden.

Der Nutzer ist dafür verantwortlich, sicherzustellen, dass die Verwendung des o.g. Materials lizenzkonform erfolgt und nicht gegen anwendbares Recht verstößt.

Das ZDF schließt jegliche Gewährleistung für die vorgenannten Verwendungen aus."
