English: Uglich Reservoir — formed by the Stalin era Uglich hydroelectric power plant dam (1939) on the upper Volga river, in Tver Oblast and Yaroslavl Oblast of northeastern Russia.
- Canal locks allow water transport on the Volga/reservoir past the dam. Other tributaries to the 249 km2 (96 sq mi) reservoir are the Medveditsa, Nerl, and Kashinka Rivers.
- The Uglich Reservoir submerged the historic Saint Nicholas Monastary (campanili present) and Troitsky Makariev Monastery.
