Created ver.req, then pressed SET and DISP simultaneously:

Note: I blanked out the serial number, yours will probably show the serial number instead.
Pressing DISP once again with SET still pressed:

Instead of "E18 ZoomLensSpeedError" you will most probably get something along the lines of a "No error" message.
