The fees are included in the rate users see before making an exchange. The rates are dynamic and depend on the market and cryptocurrency price fluctuations. There are no hidden fees, and the estimates users see are what they will get. Sometimes more, but never less!

We have a partner privilege level system.

The partner’s level depends on the total exchange turnover per month. All exchange profits made during this period are converted into BTC at the exchange rate on the last day of the calendar month. Partner privileges are valid for the next 2 months. The maximum level for the previous 2 months is selected for the next period.

Of course! If you are using our exchange API or other tools and acknowledge us as a service provider, you can redirect users that experience exchange issues to [email protected] or live chat.

ChangeNOW can process refunds under certain circumstances. Note: network fee would still apply when issuing a refund.

We also require validation in certain cases (exchanges from hot wallets, without memo, etc): where we’d ask a user to send a dust transaction (a very small transaction) for verification. In some cases, KYC may be required.

There are cases when a refund is impossible:

1. The order is finished, and the exchanged funds are on chain.
2. The order passed the exchange stage partially or completely.
3. Deposited amount is less than our network fee for the corresponding asset
4. We were not able to gain access to unsplit BCH/BSV coins or funds that are not supported by our system.

You can set up only one API key per ChangeNOW account, it is created when you sign up for your Partner account. Check it in your Profile details.

We take speed very seriously and constantly work on maximizing it! The time span can vary depending on the coin’s network congestion. On average, It takes about 5 minutes to process it.

We will process the deposits sent to the same address, and partners will receive their commission for them; however, sending multiple deposits to the same address is not recommended.

If the deposit you’ve sent us is less than the minimum exchange amount, we will not be able to finish the exchange and guarantee a refund. If the deposit is slightly lower or bigger than the expected amount, it’ll be processed automatically. If the difference is significant, our support team will get in touch to clarify whether we should refund the exchange or proceed at the current rate

In case of AML/KYC procedures

Please note that the transaction might be stopped after the trading stage, depending on the time the report about stolen funds was received. In such cases, we will be able to return the funds in the asset to which the exchange was made (to-currency).

There is no upper limit for cryptocurrency exchanges on ChangeNOW. However, there are lower limits: they are different for each coin and range from ~$1.7 to $20. We’re working on lowering the minimal exchange amounts for all the coins available on ChangeNOW.

Fixed rate helps to avoid market volatility by freezing the rate for 20 minutes: during this period, the user needs to send the deposit. This feature is enabled by default. If the user sends the deposit after 20 minutes, we can either process the exchange at the standard rate or offer a refund.

• In some cases, fixed-rate exchanges have lower rates (opposite case is also possible)
• After picking the Fixed Rate flow, users create an exchange and make a deposit. It has 20 minutes to deposit exchange funds; during that time, we guarantee that the rate won't change.
• The fixed rate flow can be chosen if you would like to be certain that the amount of crypto you'll receive will stay the same, no matter what. With fixed rate exchanges, users enjoy the stability of their conversions and are safe from sudden rate drops.

For each listing option, we have different conditions in place for enabling the asset, like volume and exchange listing.
