Kristen focuses her practice on the representation of high-net-worth individuals and family businesses in complicated estate and business planning matters. Kristen represents and advises multiple generations of prominent families in estate planning and business succession matters and is experienced in creating and assisting families with the administration of private family trust companies and other complex entities. She advises families on their charitable planning vehicles and works with them to achieve their philanthropic goals. Kristen also devotes much of her practice to advising fiduciaries regarding the administration of complex estates and trusts.
