Building Operations Coordinator
Reporting to the Yale Center British Art Director of Operations and Manager of Operations, the Building Operations Coordinator schedules small-scale requests on YCBA Facilities master calendar and coordinates large-scale requests in partnership with the Chief of Operations and the Manager of Operations. 

 

Catalog Librarian 
Reporting to the Curator of Rare Books and Manuscripts, the Catalog Librarian creates, enhances, and maintains original and copy cataloging records for a wide range of materials in a variety of formats dating from the sixteenth century to the present, including printed books, maps, manuscripts, serials, auction catalogs, and realia.

 

Mechanical Systems Specialist
Reporting to the Yale Center British Art (YCBA) Director of Operations, the Mechanical Systems Specialist maintains the internal and external environments of one of the finest university art museums in the world. 
 

Senior Administrative Assistant, Curatorial Division
This position exists within the Curatorial Division, which encompasses the Center’s three curatorial departments—Paintings and Sculpture, Prints and Drawings, and Rare Books and Manuscripts—as well as the Registrar, Installation, Exhibitions, and Publications Departments. 

 

Graduate Museum Fellowships for Yale Graduate Students

These fellowships are open to graduate students at Yale to enhance the educational experiences provided by academic coursework and teaching assistantships at the university, allowing students to extend their range of academic specializations and expertise, and to augment research skills by direct contact with objects in the collections. If necessary, these positions may be offered remotely in accordance with Yale policy.

The YCBA, supported by the generosity of Nancy Horton Bartels and her late husband, Henry E. Bartels, is pleased to offer academic-year and summer internships to Yale undergraduates and summer internships for HBCU undergraduates from New Haven County.
