Permanent name tags
An official format for name tags has been developed to ensure consistent placement of the block IOWA logo, as well as font and color usage. Permanent name tags are produced on a hard plastic material, and include a magnetic back. Individuals may choose to include their name and up to two other forms of identification, as listed below.
Required:
- Block IOWA logo
- First and last name
Choose up to two:
- Individual's pronouns
- Individual's college, division, or unit name
- Individual's title

Your unit will be invoiced directly for the total cost by the vendor.
Print-on-demand name tags
A print-on-demand name tag template for meeting or event attendees is available for use with the Avery White Adhesive Name Badge label paper (product number 5395). This template is set up as a Microsoft Word document and is ready for mail merge.
