Townsend's Restaurant and Lounge is Now Closed

Townsend's Restaurant and Lounge in Hyde Park is closed and may be moving. Boston Restaurant Talk reports that the establishment is shuttered and bears notices confirming that it is closed for good. However a comment on that site suggests that Townsend's will be reopening in a yet unnamed location. The Townsend's team also operates TC's Coffeehouse, which is also in Hyde Park, and whose phone number is currently not in service. Is Townsend's gone for good or simply moving? What about TC's?
