Appearance[]
Tim has fair skin, blue eyes, and brown hair. In The Boss Baby, he wears different shirts from time to time.
In Back in Business, Tim wears a white shirt with yellow, 3/4 length sleeves, knee length denim shorts, socks unevenly pulled up, and blue shoes. In Season 4, he wears a red hoodie on top of his shirt and wore pants, with the same shoes.
In Family Business, when he gets transformed back into a kid, Tim disguises as Marcos Lightspeed and wears glasses to hide his identity from his parents. He also wears glasses as an adult. According to his parents, he never wore glasses as a kid.
Personality[]
Tim has had a great imagination since he was 7. This could possibly be why he chose to become an author as an adult, as revealed in the first season of Back in the Crib. He has several imaginary personas.
As a kid, Tim briefly hated his brother, Theodore, for taking all the love and attention of his parents. Tim tried anything to prove Theodore can talk, but he failed and became allies with Theodore. Tim is one of the few non-babies who discovered Baby Corp. He is quite embarrassed when it comes to taking pictures. He can get anxious and angry at his brother, but Tim is usually calm and learns how to love his baby brother.
Tim is very agile on missions but can get nervous. He had a huge crush on his babysitter Marisol during the events of Back in Business.
As Tim grew up, his imagination stayed, but got him into trouble, as revealed in Family Business. He would lose touch with reality and slip into "Tim Time", causing him to be chronically late to family events. Despite this, family is always the most important thing to him. He is a stay-at-home dad, but also writes books.
Tim is terrified of the Frodarg.

Relationships[]
Theodore[]
In The Boss Baby, Tim and Theodore hated each other on sight. Theodore saw Tim as a pawn in his mission and Tim saw Theodore as stealing his parent's love and affection. They fight until they realize that working together on Theodore's mission will get him out of Tim's hair. However, as the movie ends, Tim and Theodore realize that they love each other and want to be brothers, and Tim promises to always be there for Theodore.
In Back in Business, Tim and Theodore have a normal sibling relationship. They bicker and fight over sharing a room, over Theodore's habit of prioritizing work, and countless other conflicts. They also bond over doing mission work together, have each other back's, and hang out just because they can.
Between Back in Business and Family Business, Tim and Theodore grew up. At first, they were very close. Their parents called Theodore "Tag-Along Teddy", with how close the two boys were: where one was, the other wanted to be. Unfortunately, they drifted apart. Tim missed Theodore's law and business school graduations and Theodore missed Tim's wedding to Carol. By the time Back in Business starts, the two brothers rarely see each other at all. When invited to Tim's family events, Theodore doesn't arrive, and instead sends lavish gifts such as the pony Precious. However, Theodore still cares, as shown when he drops all of his meetings to check in when he hears Tabitha fell off the pony. Through the movie, the brothers learn to be close again.
In Back in the Crib, Theodore goes to Tim for help, as Theodore had turned into a baby to hide from the FBI. Tim agrees to let Theodore stay with his family, as long as Theodore behaves.
Jimbo and Staci[]
Jimbo, Staci, Tim, and Theodore make up the usual field team.
Although Tim and Staci sometimes clash, due to Staci working hard for her place on the field team and Tim being added as Theodore's brother, they work well as a team together. They also disagree philosophically: Staci chooses violence and Tim chooses peace.
Tim's not as fond for Jimbo because he can't take things seriously.
In Family Business, Tim seems to have kept in touch with Staci and Jimbo.
Carol[]
Carol is Tim’s wife they got married some time between back in business and family business they have two daughters together named Tabitha Templeton and Tina Templeton she shares her husband’s sense of goofiness with their daughters as shown in family business She also loves her husband Tim, and likes to goof around with Tim as seen in the movie.
Tabitha[]
Tabitha is Tim's older daughter. The secondary conflict in Family Business is that Tabitha is growing too old for Tim's goofiness. She wants to make Tim proud, but she is insecure because she doesn't have as much imagination as Tim does. (Tim is proud of her no matter what.) Tabitha, like Theodore, is somewhat frustrated at Tim's tendency to miss important family events, such as her pageant. When she doesn't see Tim in the audience, she runs off the stage, crying.
While disguised as 7-year-old "Marcos Lightspeed", Tim ignores his mission to bond with his daughter and find out where he went wrong as a dad. He praises her, assures her that she isn't a nerd, and teaches her how to sing in front of crowds without messing up.
Tina[]
Tina is Tim's younger daughter. In Family Business, she pushes for Tim to reconnect with Theodore. Tina and Tim love spending time with each other, but Tina often has Baby Corp missions that she needs to fulfill.
Marisol[]
Marisol is Tim's first crush in Back in Business. He seems confused and freaked out about her, but acts as if they are just friends despite his conflicting feelings towards her. We know that nothing significant happened between them.
In Get That Baby, Tim can ask Marisol out to high school prom as a distraction for Theodore.
Gigi[]
Tim loves his grandmother very much and enjoys every time she visits. He wants Gigi and Theodore to get along. Although he doesn’t understand her violence, he does love her and gets upset when his brother disrespects her.
Danny[]
Tim had an amazing friendship with Danny and they did lots of fun things together. They made a bunch of groups and educational learning about safety hazards and they did more things together until Danny moved away.
Mega Fat[]
Timothy has a negative relationship with Megafat. This is for numerous reasons. Megafat on numerous occasions treats Timothy as an inferior based on his age, saying many ageist kid slurs such as "man-baby". He is also rude to his brother, Theodore, insulting his ability and credibility in front of him on multiple occasions. Timothy also hates the fact that he is dishonest and cheats in events. Later on in the series, Tim becomes more friendly to Megafat after learning about his past with Theodore and Megafat's redemption arc.
