Joyful Mouse Smile with Anja Bytyqi

Happy Monday, Anja here with a sweet card using the Joyful Mouse and Cheery Greetings set. First, I created a colorful background using the Ink Smooshing technique and Distress Oxide Inks (Abandoned Coral, Seedless Preserves, Tattered Rose). Therefore, I pressed the ink pads on my non-stick craft mat and heavily spritzed the inks with water. I grabbed a piece of Tim Holtz Distress Watercolor Cardstock and dipped it into the ink puddles. Birthday Skating Party with Gemma

Today I’m sharing a card I made for my niece’s birthday. She loves animals and pink, so that was the starting point for my card. I think the Skating Party set is perfect for winter birthdays. I decided to create an indoor skating party scene. I began by stamping my images with a copic friendly black ink, them colouring them in with a colour palette of turquoise, pink, and purple. I also stamped and coloured the string of lights from the Halloween Party stamp set. This stamp is perfect for year round cards. I’d recommend die cutting first and then...
