Check out our local taxi numbers on the phone board located by the baggage claim. At times there are local taxi’s waiting in the taxi lane in front of the terminal, however if you will need one call ahead and arrange to have one waiting upon arrival.

BGM has handicapped spaces available in all parking lots. All public areas of the terminal can be reached using elevators and ramps.

We have wheelchairs available inside the terminal building and can be requested over the phone or ticket counter.

Each airline handles their own missing or delayed baggage.

The best course of action is to contact the airline that you flew to see if your luggage has arrived. Airline Information

Travelers should check-in with the airline counter agent at least one hour ahead for domestic flights and at least 90 minutes ahead for international flights.

Late check-ins may result in a passenger missing their flight.

You can arrange to rent a car through Avis and Budget Car Rentals as well as authorized taxi’s.

Due to the size of the airline’s regional jet, overhead compartments are much smaller. If your bag cannot fit in the overhead compartment or under the seat, your bag will be valet checked and can be picked up immediately after arrival usually in the jet bridge. Please check in with your airline for more details.

You can use your state issued driver’s license at this time. However, we encourage our passengers to be prepared for the Real ID Act taking effect October 2021. Visit our TSA page to learn more.
