Who is Beixy's Kitchen?

Growing up in Venezuela, Beixy fell in love with cooking and recalls the joy of seeing family and friends gather around a delicious home cooked meal.

We hope that you will come and experience a piece of Latin culture through her love of cooking, and that you leave not as a customer, but as a friend!

Authentic venezuelan empanadas

This ain’t no taco truck, in fact our nick name is “Nada Taco Truck.”  Our specialty is empanadas which are a traditional Venezuelan dish that you are sure to fall in love with.  The outside pastry is a slightly sweet corn meal that wraps around your choice of savory beef, pork or chicken.  It is then deep fried to perfection and topped off with a cilantro sauce that will have you craving more.
