First, please contact your Relationship Manager, or call 855-351-BANC (2262) to sign-up.
ENROLL IN A FEW STEPS
STEP 1: REQUEST BUSINESS ONLINE
Contact your Relationship Manager, or call 855-351-BANC (2262).
STEP 2: GATHER INFORMATION
We will email you with your:
- Company ID
- User ID
- Password
STEP 3: LOG IN
Refer to the emails from us or from the Administrator at your Company.
- At www.bancofcal.com, select Online Banking, then the Business Online Login
- Enter your 7-digit numeric Company ID and User ID, then select Continue.
- Select the phone number and delivery method you would like to use to receive your one-time security code, which is required to log in.
- When you receive the one-time-code, enter it in your browser screen.
- Enter your Password and select Sign In.

STEP 5: SETUP MOBILE AND TOKEN APP
Setup the Mobile Banking app
Get the convenience of our mobile app:
- Login to Business Online and setup your new password.
- Search: Banc of California Business mobile app
- Login to the app using your online banking credentials
Setup the RSA Authenticator SecurID mobile token app
If your Company sends ACH and Wire payments, you will use this app to approve payments.
- Login to Business Online and setup your new password first.
- A QR code will display to prompt you to setup your token
- Search: RSA Authenticator (SecurID) app
- Open this App, and capture the QR code from within this App (not your camera app)

MOBILE BANKING APPLICATION
The mobile banking app lets you access account details, complete mobile deposits, and make account transfers. It supports wire and ach entry using existing payees or templates, and it lets you approve transactions.
