William McCann was a 2012 Democratic candidate who sought election to the U.S. House to represent the 2nd Congressional District of West Virginia. He lost in the Democratic primary.[1]
As of the 2012 election, McCann was working as a slot machine technician.[2] He earned his B.A. from West Virginia University.[3]
