• Bellingham, Washington, Initiative 2, Prohibit Facial Recognition and Predictive Policing Technology (November 2021):  ✔

A "yes" vote supported banning the city from getting, using, or contracting with a third party that uses facial recognition technology; banning the use of predictive policing technology; banning the city from keeping or using unlawfully acquired data; and banning the use of data or evidence acquired through facial recognition or predictive policing technology in any legal actions.

A "no" vote opposed this initiative to ban facial recognition and predictive policing technology.
