Thomas R. Dobson is the president judge on the Mercer County Court of Common Pleas in Pennsylvania.[1] Dobson was first elected to the court in 1995 and retained in 2005 and 2015. His current term expires in 2025.[2]
Education
Dobson earned his undergraduate degree from Bucknell University and his J.D. from the University of Pittsburgh.[3]
