Thomas R. Dobson is the president judge on the Mercer County Court of Common Pleas in Pennsylvania. Dobson was first elected to the court in 1995 and retained in 2005 and 2015. His current term expires in 2025.

Dobson earned his undergraduate degree from Bucknell University and his J.D. from the University of Pittsburgh.
