Landers won re-election for an at-large seat of the Raytown C-2 School District Board of Education in Missouri outright after the general election on June 2, 2020, was canceled.

Three seats on the Raytown C-2 School District Board of Education were up for at-large general election on April 4, 2017. Board incumbents Terry Landers and Rick Moore and newcomer Elizabeth Plank won the three seats in the race. They defeated candidates Dorothy Tucker Roberts and Alonzo Burton.
