Steven Drange was the Chief Judge of the Minnesota Eighth Judicial District, and he served in Meeker County, Minnesota. He was appointed to this court in 1995 and was elected to full terms in 1996, 2002 and 2008. He retired in mid-2012.

Education

Drange received his B.A. degree from Winona State University and his J.D. degree from the William Mitchell College of Law (1974).

Career

Prior to his judicial career, Steven Drange held jobs as a Meeker County Attorney and a City Attorney for Litchfield, Grove City, and Darwin, MN. He also worked as an attorney for the firm of Olson, Nelson, Drange & Wood.
