Robert G. Yeatts is a judge on the Mercer County Court of Common Pleas in Pennsylvania. He was elected in 2011 and his term expires in 2022.
2011 election
Yeatts won the Democratic party primary on May 17. He received 36.9% in the Democratic primary and 23% of the vote in the Republican primary.[1] He defeated Peter C. Acker in the general election November 8, winning 50.8% of the vote.[2]

Education
Yeatts earned his under graduate degree from Clarion University of Pennsylvania Cum Laude in 1977. He earned his J.D. Cum Laude from Stetson University College of Law in 1981.[3]
Professional career
Following his admission to the bar Yeatts became a founding partner at the firm Moder and Yeatts. He then continued his private practice at Lewis and Ristvey, P.C.. He went on to become the Assistant Public Defender, Assistant District Attorney, and Special Assistant District Attorney for Mercer County.[3]
